1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines
All orders placed on SAARANG are processed at our dispatch facilities. We conduct a rigorous 3-point quality inspection on every saree (weave integrity, zari check, and finish) before securely sealing your parcel.
- Standard Dispatch Time: Within 24 to 48 business hours of order placement.
- Cut-off Time: Orders received before 2:00 PM IST (Mon–Sat) are generally processed on the same business day.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
We deliver across all states and union territories in India. Estimated delivery timeframes from dispatch date are:
- Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune): 2 to 3 Business Days.
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 3 to 4 Business Days.
- Rural & Special Coverage Areas: 4 to 6 Business Days.
3. Shipping Charges & Free Delivery
- Free Shipping: All orders above ₹5,000 qualify for 100% Free Express Delivery across India.
- Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below ₹5,000 have a nominal shipping fee of ₹100 applied automatically at checkout.
4. Real-Time Tracking
As soon as your shipment is handed over to our courier logistics network, an automated SMS, WhatsApp, and email confirmation will be dispatched containing your unique AWB / Tracking Number. You can easily track your order status in real time by visiting our dedicated Track Order Page.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible pincodes throughout India. Please ensure the exact cash amount is ready upon delivery. Courier delivery agents cannot open the sealed tamper-proof box prior to payment collection. Please note that our strict No Return & No Refund Policy applies. In the rare event of transit damage reported within 24 hours with a mandatory continuous unboxing video, an identical replacement saree will be arranged.
6. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
In the unlikely event that your package appears damaged, torn, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package and immediately reach out to our Customer Care team at +91 9257590511 or orders@saarang.co.in. We will arrange an immediate priority replacement upon verification.
