All transactions are encrypted with 256-bit SSL security and processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways. We support all Indian and international credit/debit cards, UPI, and Cash on Delivery.

All payment verification happens directly on the secure, encrypted server of the authorized banking gateway with two-factor OTP verification.

- Processing and fulfilling your saree orders, dispatching shipments, and sending automated tracking notifications.
- Communicating order confirmations, invoices, and customer care responses.
- Verifying Cash on Delivery (COD) orders to prevent fraudulent courier dispatches.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We only share necessary delivery information (recipient name, shipping address, mobile number) with authorized domestic courier partners (such as Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, India Post) solely to fulfill your physical delivery.
